Who this is for
Teams that already know which process is broken but need an external facilitator to get everyone in the same room without blame. Ideal when a full operational review feels too large for the current budget.
What you receive
A wall-scale process diagram (photographed and shared digitally), a list of decision points where work stalls, and one agreed experiment to run for 30 days with a named owner.
Scope
One process only — for example customer returns, custom order quoting, or morning prep for a second location. Up to 12 participants. Does not include follow-up implementation support.
