Consultation
Operational Process Review
A full on-site review of how your company handles orders, paperwork, cash, and staff handoffs — with a written map and prioritised recommendations.
Who this is for
Owner-led companies with roughly 5 to 50 employees where the founder or family owner still approves key decisions — purchasing above a threshold, customer credits, hiring, or pricing exceptions. Typical clients include light manufacturers, wholesale distributors, clinic groups, and multi-location food businesses.
What you receive
A documented map of your core operational paths (usually order-to-delivery and procure-to-pay), annotated with bottlenecks, duplicate steps, and single points of failure. A prioritised list of changes ranked by effort and impact. A one-hour presentation walkthrough with your leadership team.
What is included
- Pre-visit questionnaire and 45-minute kick-off call
- Three to five days of on-site observation and staff interviews
- Review of sample documents: quotes, job sheets, invoices, stock records
- Draft findings shared within five business days of the last site visit
- Final report (PDF, bilingual summary available on request)
- Follow-up call 14 days after delivery
What is excluded
- Implementation of recommended changes (we can refer trusted contractors)
- Legal or tax advice
- IT system selection or configuration
- Ongoing staff training beyond the presentation session
How it works
Week 1 — Discovery: You complete our intake form listing departments, peak seasons, and known pain points. We schedule the kick-off call and confirm which processes to trace first.
Weeks 2–3 — Site visits: A lead consultant and associate attend your premises. They shadow shifts, sit in on handoffs, and collect copies of forms in use. Owners are asked to avoid changing routines during this period so we see typical operations.
Week 4 — Report: We synthesise findings, validate ambiguous points by phone, and deliver the final report. The follow-up call addresses questions as you assign owners to each recommendation.
Preparation
Gather recent examples of a completed job from quote to payment. Inform department heads that consultants will ask factual questions about daily tasks — this is not a performance review. Block 90 minutes for the leadership presentation.
Pricing basis
Fees start at NT$180,000 for a single-location business with up to 25 staff. Additional locations, night-shift coverage, or bilingual report requirements are quoted separately. A 40% deposit secures dates; balance due on report delivery.
Next step
