Rates & Estimate Guide
Transparent pricing for operational process reviews and related consultations from Magnolia Core Consulting in Taiwan.
Fees below are indicative. Final quotes depend on staff count, number of locations, travel distance from Taipei, and bilingual reporting requirements. All amounts in New Taiwan Dollars (NT$), excluding VAT where applicable.
Operational Process Review
Single location, up to 25 staff
From NT$180,000
Includes three to five on-site days, written report, and follow-up call. Additional staff bands: 26–40 staff add NT$35,000; 41–50 staff add NT$60,000.
Second location (same ownership)
From NT$75,000
Added to the flagship review when processes should be compared across sites. Requires at least one day on site per additional location.
Focused consultations
Workflow Mapping Session
NT$45,000
One day, one process, up to 12 participants. Travel outside Greater Taipei billed at NT$3,500 per day plus actual transport.
Handover Readiness Review
From NT$95,000
Two on-site days. Complex multi-department handovers quoted after discovery call.
Supplier & Inventory Process Audit
From NT$110,000
Two to three days depending on warehouse size. Sites with cold storage or regulated goods may require extra time.
Estimate factors
Quotes increase when any of the following apply:
- Night or weekend shifts requiring consultant attendance outside standard hours (NT$4,000 per extra half-day)
- Bilingual report (Traditional Chinese and English, +15% on report fee)
- Rush delivery (final report within 7 business days, +20%)
- Travel beyond 150 km from Taipei (per diem and transport at cost)
Payment terms
A 40% deposit confirms your dates. The balance is due within 14 days of final report delivery. Bank transfer details provided on invoice. We do not accept credit card payment for consulting fees.
Quote-based work
If your situation does not fit the categories above — for example a group restructuring across four provinces or a post-merger integration — request a written estimate. We provide a fixed-fee proposal or daily rate (NT$18,000 per consultant day) after a complimentary 30-minute scoping call.
